Summary

The Regional Sales Manager, Gaming Operations is responsible for building, managing, and executing commercial strategies to meet recurring revenue top-line and bottom-line plan targets as well as achieving and sustaining volume growth targets for Aristocrat’s North American Western Region Gaming Operations business. Establishing and proactively managing a structured sales execution program in collaboration with business partners to elevate sales capability within the commercial organization is expected. This role includes working closely with regional Business Development Executives (BDEs), sales management and headquarters staff to jointly represent the company’s products & services, drive strategic initiatives and deliver on sales targets.

What you'll do

Success Markers:

Drive Gaming Operations top-line and bottom-line growth through effective sales strategies and execution; influence and support BDEs; proactively analyse and identify GO opportunities based on sales or market data; launch and proactively manage a structured sales execution program; establish a collaborative and effective working relationship with the Regional Sales Director/VP; support of customer account plans and limited market visits with BDEs; work with the strategic account sales team to generate business and growth at the corporate level; assist BDEs with proposals, strategic deals; work with finance business partners to ensure we maximize revenue, profit margins, and specified KPIs.

Closely manage the sales funnel, growth opportunities, removals, forecasting, yield, product penetration, product roll out and Gaming Operations updates through weekly meetings and daily interaction with the regional sales team.

Work closely with the Gaming Operations commercial analytics and Business Analytics teams to understand areas of volume and yield optimization opportunity, product strategy alignment and delivering differentiated customer value.

Participate in all Gaming Operations meetings; collaborate with the broader team to understand performance gaps and drive strategic solutions.

Be an active presence in all markets within the designated region; be willing to travel up to 25% of the time. Travel and meet with each BDE within the region at least once per half.

Gather and evaluate competitor product performance. Feed competitor insights into the broader organization.

Professional Development:

The candidate will gain a sound understanding of Aristocrat’s North American premium recurring revenue business and will drive growth across key metrics. They will have the opportunity to develop and execute on strategic initiatives within the sales organization while continuing their professional development with access to structured development programs. They will work closely with the regional sales director/VP to develop sales growth within the region as well as work with a dynamic team of Business Development Executives. They will be a key contributor to the company’s growth objectives by being part of the Gaming Operations team, a strategic area of focus and growth for Aristocrat.

Performance Goals:

The North American recurring revenue segment is a key area of strategic focus for Aristocrat. The Regional Sales Manager, Gaming Operations must be able to support sales growth across the fleet and portfolio as well as drive strategic thinking across client accounts. They must be able to influence, motivate and communicate with an effective sales team and deliver on quarterly sales targets.

What we're looking for

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field recommended.

Experience: Requires a minimum five years of experience in sales or a related field, or its equivalent.
