As the Regional Sales Manager is the principal liaison between the TSMs (Territory Sales Managers), agency representatives, and the company. The RSM is responsible directly to the VP - Eastern Region Sales and indirectly to VP - Wholesale Sales. The RSM manages sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. This is a field based position that primarily covers NY, NJ, CT, NH and MA. Our RSM can reside in any of those states.
