Regional Sales Manager
This position is responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling Company solutions to existing customers and acquiring new business.
To support in a positive and professional manner the Company and the company?s personnel in the sales process with all matters especially those of a technical nature.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective direct sales strategies, report and continuously update sales cases in the Company's CRM (SuperOffice) and follow through toward achievement of the Company's sales objectives.
Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer?s real-time needs. Report market needs to product lines and management.
Manage to meet/exceed monthly, trimester and annual sales targets, to increase profitable sales and to build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Meet regularly with existing customers and new prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.
Continuously expand customer understanding and use of the Company's offering and capabilities
Proactively identify and reportindustrial changes and competitive pressures to develop and modify sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
Support customers with technical knowledge of the Company's offering to include but not limited to, processes relative to the capabilities of the Company's equipment or customer oriented processes, Basic technical understanding of the machine tool manufacturers? equipment and their limitations.
Execute negotiations with customers and partners to close contracts under Sales Area Director?s supervision.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders (Business Units, Marketing, and Product Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize the Company's visibility.
Take the responsibility for conducting training and informative seminars for customers.
Conceptual, critical and creative thinking skills. Ability to analyze situations or statements and determine their validity

Willingness to travel more than 120 days in a year

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: -
Minimum of 5years work experience in complex sales
Technical know-how: Experience in sales in technology/metal industry and/or machine tool building and automation industry
Specific knowledge in a manufacturing environment of ERP, scheduling, tool management and program management
Technical degree from an accredited university.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, other language skills are beneficial. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
