We are looking for a dynamic enterprise software sales professional to lead all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Connected Plant organization in the US West Region. Position located in either Los Angeles, Pacific NW, Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle, or Portland.. In this role, you will establish relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate solutions for our customers. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will find opportunities and build credibility withcustomers. You will increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your defined area. You will develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts. You will maintain key executive relationships. You will partner with Honeywell Process Solutions Sales and lines of business driving collaboration towards customer success. Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth. You will grow and maintain a quality opportunity funnel adequate to meet financial targets. You will leverage all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business.

Assist sales personnel in establishing professional relationships with appropriate levels of client decision makers.

Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.

Partner with leadership to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses

We expect you to be comfortable with up to 60% travel, including overnights. We can offer you incredible career progression, as well as an attractive remuneration package.

You must have

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years solution sales and/or sales leadership in Industrial and Asset Intensive Industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer relationships with upper management and VP levels

  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams selling enterprise systems, software and/or services
  • Proven success in developing accounts and sales staff in complex solutions environment
  • Ability to utilize software tools to keep complete and current information on customers resulting in effective territory prioritization.
