Conduct all aspects of sales activities with a focus on new customer acquisition through engagement with channel partners to grow business in systems and components for image processing in industrial and life science applications such as industrial automation, medical imaging, and traffic monitoring.
*** Plan, organize, and execute a sales plan for the region.
*** Achieve and surpass sales goal for the region for charge coupled device and complementary metal oxide semiconductor sensor technology, cameras, optics, and lighting.
*** Provide business development in assigned Region, to include identification of market areas, strategy for acquisition of potential target areas, and proactive strategies to penetrate new targets.
*** Develop and communicate strategy for identifying accounts that should be handled directly or through channel partners.
*** Submit accurate monthly forecasts for revenue and materials planning.
*** Record prospect and customer information using Salesforce.com.
*** Handle all leads for the region directly or through channel partners.
