Position Purpose:

The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to, selling Microbusiness services through relationships with accounts, independent insurance professionals, tax professionals, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to small business clients. This position also has primary responsibilities to successfully establish, maintain, and enhance credibility, communications, and relationships with Providers and accounts to establish new Microbusiness clients as well as to support new and existing clients.

This position will be responsible for selling in the corridor between Los Angeles and the southern San Francisco Bay area. Candidates will need to be located in the Greater Fresno or Bakersfield, California areas to be considered for the opportunity.

Positional Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with accounts and Providers to sell TASC services to potential clients
  • Maximize efficiency and growth potential with the Provider group being managed
  • Represent TASC as a knowledgeable, dedicated and responsible professional with existing and prospective Providers and clients
  • Coordinate and conduct presentations on TASC services to Providers, groups of potential clients, organizations, and continuing education training sessions
  • Establish and maintain a results-oriented culture that supports achievement of company goals and corporate mission
  • Sales production planning, goal setting and achievement
  • Encourage team atmosphere and participation through modeling and mentoring
  • Develop and carry out marketing and sales strategies within the territory
  • Prepare and update contact management system information on potential, current, and previous Provider and client records. Provide training and motivation to Providers to sell by highlighting TASC services and benefits to their clients and to the Providers
  • Work closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Microbusiness to enhance sales skills that pertain to the Microbusiness products that TASC offers
  • Work hand in hand with their assigned Microbusiness Specialists to set up appointments with potential and existing Providers to continue to meet and exceed sales goals

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a degree in business administration, marketing, or related discipline
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible professional business experience in sales and/or marketing and supervision
  • Experience in insurance and/or financial services is preferred
  • Must be located in the Greater Fresno or Bakersfield, California areas and must possess a valid driver's license
