Currently looking for a Regional Sales Director-East to fill an opening with a company located in New York City, NY. Interested candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have a 10 - 15 years of successful experience selling enterprise software and services in the US and who has strong sales and communications skills with a basic understanding of technology infrastructure, digitial transformation and business process.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will develop, manage, and close sales opportunities across a designated territory and named account base. You will have the opportunity to over-achieve and earn significant commission and accelerators. To meet or exceed territory sales targets, you will use deep industry expertise, drive, creativity and your already formed relationships with senior executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for results-oriented individuals that enjoy working in a fast-paced, competitive (in a fun way of course), yet collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Director-East:

· Sell company's comprehensive enterprise solution via prospecting and relationship building

· Understand and effectively communicate company's Value Proposition

· Ability to build trusted rapport with CXO level customer contacts and partners

· Insightful and strategic territory planning which focuses in building a strong pipeline of opportunities

· Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically through varied sales stages to closure, while mitigating risk and maximizing upside

· Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using company standard CRM tools

· Grow existing business relationships and acquire new business

· Meet and exceed your assigned sales quota and performance objectives

· Continue to build your personal skillset – you can never learn enough!

Requirements of the Regional Sales Director-East:

· 10 - 15 years of successful experience selling enterprise software and services to accounts in the US

· Demonstrated market knowledge of competitive opportunities

· Background of exceptional quota attainment

· Excellent communication skills

· Bachelor's degreerequired, additional education preferred

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Pluses:

· Strong technical background understanding of API integration solutions, legacy environment

· Familiarity with Legacy Systems at a talking level regarding architecture – MainFrame, AS400, Oracle SQL and store procedures, SAP and others

· Knowledge within open source Microservices environments like Spring Boot, Maven & Docker

· Background of exceptional quota attainment

· Excellent communication skills
