The Regional Sales Director (East Region) is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region, towards achieving maximum profitability and growth in-line with company vision and values. This person will work with Sales Operations, Branch Presidents, Business Development Managers, Marketing and Regional operations executives to establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in assigned branches' geographic areas and contributes to the development of sales, training and educational programs for clients, business development professionals and branch presidents. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty, meet expectations, establish relationships and communicate effectively.
