Position Description:
The Regional Sales Consultant will work with and support the West Regional Executive, Area Management teams, and partner with managers and sales associates in the region.  The primary responsibilities are:
-Partner with Branch Teams to ensure sales strategies and production focus is in line with Bank/Region goals and initiatives.  Ensure branch consistency through day to day interactions with customer service, sales approach/delivery, product knowledge and overall appearance.  Leverage sales reporting to identify areas of opportunity and excellence.  Coordinate and support Branch business development events, specific trainings and campaign success.  
-Provide individual sales coaching and development for branch sales associates; focus on advancing sales skill and product knowledge with continual evaluation on development opportunities and gaps.  Analyze production/sales reports to develop new strategies for both individual and team.  Engage Management Teams to jointly develop concise action plans with measurable production milestones.  Conduct sales training and ongoing reinforcement of Bank's sales process and customer retention.  
-Implement and manage Region wide sales programs and initiatives for Branch Teams, including leading sales conference calls, conducting sales huddles, weekly reporting, ongoing communications and recognitions.  Provide Branch Team support and resolve issues with regard to sales tracking, report resources and scorecard.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years branch operations / banking experience.
-Or
High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of branch operations / banking experience.

Additional Requirements:
Experience leading and coaching a retail banking sales team.
Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Highly effective interpersonal skills.
Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills.
Possess fundamental entrepreneurial qualities (vision, patience, innovation).
Flexible and open to changes as our bank evolves and grows.
Ability to travel frequently, often with little notice; includes overnight travel.
