Develops strategic insights and plans to effectively achieve retail sales and wholesale objectives within the Region. Ensure Region optimizes inventory orders with corporate, dealer and field input to balance sales turn and KMA/dealer profits. Effectively develop and deploy marketing strategies to increase effectiveness and efficiency of tier II (DMG) and tier III (dealer) marketing plans.
Support Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director to effectively prioritize the work and efforts of the District Sales Managers in all areas of their job responsibility. Proactively identify areas of opportunity to grow sales. Be the liaison between the Region and Corporate office to track and complete all assignments.
Provide direction and support to RD/RSM efforts to achieve retail sales, wholesale, sales satisfaction, eleads response/close rate, LUV leads and other assigned business objectives.
Direct the tier II marketing actions within the Region including the DMG plans, rotations and budgets. Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed at the Tier III level. Schedule, develop content and arrange all DMG meetings. Enhance marketing communication from field to the dealers. Supervise Regional Marketing Manager.
Oversee the distribution team to ensure corporate strategy, dealer and field insights are incorporated into the production order to maximize wholesale efforts, reduce aged inventory and increase vehicle turn. Supervise Regional Distribution Manager.
Liaison between the corporate office and Region to track and complete all assignments (business plan cascade, retail sales plans, recovery plans, wholesale activities, KDEP, training and etc.)
Prepare and maintain annual budget for Region operations and RMSF. Develop effective dealer RSMF sales challenges and co-op plans to achieve Regional objectives.
Directly Related Experience
