Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.


We are looking for someone to lead local and regional marketing efforts (online/offline/email marketing) for the North America - West Region to grow our user base and brand awareness at the local level.


You are a resourceful, strategic networker, with the ability to dream up, execute and analyze a local and regional marketing plan. You are comfortable meeting new people, pitching partnership concepts, project managing across departments, and mining data for insights. You have a strong business sense, and you understand how local marketing can positively impact the P/L. While we move quickly, sometimes in a state of ambiguity, we keep the focus on quality.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and execute online user acquisition campaigns and offline activations to boost demand for the region
  • Continuously analyze results, A/B test, and optimize campaigns in order to generate learnings and improve strategies
  • Create playbooks and best practices for markets within your region to foster partnerships with local businesses that generate demand
  • Amplify impact and brand stories through local channels
  • Plan and execute events that increase ridership, awareness, and advance our policy goals
  • Development/execution/evaluation of marketing campaigns, content generation, partnerships, external community outreach, and events
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create and execute plans that improve rider experience
  • Optimize brand perception through quality execution
  • Generate local community insights that drive strategic operations and marketing decisions
  • Experiment, learn, evolve and share with counterparts and partners
  • Primary KPIs will be centered around demand growth, rider acquisition and retention, brand awareness and preference, customer satisfaction, rider compliance with city regulations, and overall business growth as measured by revenue

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in online/offline/email marketing and business development
  • Resourcefulness: You can make it happen with minimal direction

  • Execution: You have high standards for quality and speed
  • Intuition: You have great instincts that lead to great decisions
  • Analytics: Your data chops can help you prove/disprove your strong hypotheses
  • Proficient in Excel with the desire to build your data analytics skill set
  • Attitude: You are a passionate, collaborative, positive team player
  • Preferred qualifications: SQL- Strongly preferred, Leadership experience; background in mobility, tech, or field marketing leadership for high-profile brand, content creation background, email marketing experience
