The Rolls-Royce Motor Cars NA (RRMC NA) Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of all RRMC NA dealers located in the Western Region of the United States. This equates to 9 dealers in total which represent approximately a quarter of the total dealer network for RRMC NA. The overall objective of this role is to increase dealer performance by managing marketing related activities from lead generation to conversion to loyalty. This role allows and encourages innovative thinking of the individual to support the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities include the establishment, implementation and monitoring of yearly and quarterly Dealer Marketing plans which form part of the Dealer Bonus structure. He/she will proactively support dealers and share best practices during the Marketing planning process. This will include developing, executing and measuring effectiveness of Events, Auto Shows, CRM, Direct Marketing and Advertising. Other tasks include the management and development of new partnership opportunities with other luxury brands for new lead generation as well as management of regional co-op funds as well as project related budget. The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with the Regional General Sales Manager and the other Regional Marketing Managers to maximize dealer efforts. He/she will represent RRMC NA in front of dealers, prospects, customers and local media.
The Regional Marketing Manager is a field based position located (ideally) in the Los Angeles metro area

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
• 3 years’ experience in the Automotive and/or Luxury Industry
• 3 years Marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel overnight approximately 60% of the time
• Experience in event management and retail/dealer marketing preferred
