Job Summary

Oversee operational aspects of multiple clinics in assigned geographic region in order to achieve Timeliness, Quality, and Customer Service goals and objectives. Responsible for attaining financial goals of assigned clinics. Collects, analyzes and prepares operational and financial reports for continues improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of assigned locations to attain financial goals and objectives
  • Ensures assigned locations operate at maximal productivity and efficiency
  • Participates in business development and customer relations including physician recruitment, orientations, relations and retention
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects at all levels as assigned
  • Implements policies, procedures, goals and objectives
  • Participates in annual preparation of budgets
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate performance and training standards
  • Responsible for engaging and retention of staff within geographic region
  • Leads new clinic startups as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Administration from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Minimum 10 years of supervisory/management experience required preferably in a medical/clinical environment
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
