50 year old well-established, food manufacturer and distributor of premium quality products for retail and the food service industry nationwide. The company is building the organization to support an aggressive, exciting expansion strategy.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Food Service Regional Manager will be an individual with excellent leadership skills, a record of success, , and the ability to strategically develop and execute our national sales strategy. This individual will work closely with other department leaders and all levels of the organization to achieve the established sales growth plans. 

Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the development, communication and execution of a food service regional growth strategy and sales plan in order to expand geographic presence and market share in order to become a premier nationwide and international categorycaptain their category. 

? Lead the identification and development of high potential accounts, and effectively position company as a "value creating" supplier and business partner 

? Manage Regional, National Accounts and Food Service Brokers for growth and profit 

? Responsible for the development, oversight and compliance of the Regional Sales Operating Budget.

Bachelors Degree 

? MIN 5 YEARS Food Service Perishable Sales,Broker/Distributor and end user experience*restaurants, facility kitchens, country clubs etc etc) PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT HAVING BOTH!!.

? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships with the leadership team, customers, brokers and all key interfaces 

? Solid analytical skills. (IRI/Nielsen) 

? Skilled in organization planning and development, people development and leadership.

$92K - $103K
$80K - $90K base, 10% Commission on gross profit bonus
