Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Food Service Regional Manager will be an individual with excellent leadership skills, a record of success, , and the ability to strategically develop and execute our national sales strategy. This individual will work closely with other department leaders and all levels of the organization to achieve the established sales growth plans.
? Responsible for the development, communication and execution of a food service regional growth strategy and sales plan in order to expand geographic presence and market share in order to become a premier nationwide and international categorycaptain their category.
? Lead the identification and development of high potential accounts, and effectively position company as a "value creating" supplier and business partner
? Manage Regional, National Accounts and Food Service Brokers for growth and profit
? Responsible for the development, oversight and compliance of the Regional Sales Operating Budget.
