We are seeking a proven Regional Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing outbound call center team in Springfield, VA. This role will oversee a team of 12–20 outbound, sales-driven Inside Sales Representatives focused on lead generation, rehash efforts, and revenue-driving outbound campaigns.
The ideal candidate will bring strong call center leadership experience, a sales performance mindset, and the ability to coach teams to exceed conversion and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop, and manage an outbound inside sales call center team of 12–20 representatives
- Drive outbound sales performance through coaching, accountability, reporting, and KPI management
- Improve lead conversion, close rates, appointment generation, and overall sales productivity
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics, reporting, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Coach representatives on objection handling, phone sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Conduct call reviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training initiatives
- Partner with regional operations and sales leadership to align staffing and sales strategies
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and performance expectations across the team
- Build and maintain a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on accountability and results
- Support operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
What You Need
- Required experience managing a call center or inside sales call center environment
- Proven leadership experience managing outbound sales teams
- Strong understanding of KPI management, reporting metrics, and sales performance analysis
- Experience coaching teams focused on outbound calling, lead conversion, and phone sales
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency and experience utilizing CRM/reporting systems
- Ability to analyze trends and implement process improvements
- Must pass background check and drug screening
