Regional Human Resources Manager - $115-125K + Bonus – Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing - Providing full HRsupport to multiple manufacturing sites (5 Plants);
Will develop, implement and monitor initiatives to maintain positive employee relations at union free facilities; Manage and mentor direct reports (Plant HR Managers);
Managing recruiting for each site; Managing and assisting with new hire orientation; Analyzing, developing and implementing HR policies, programs and procedures for each site;
Managing Labor Relations and ensuring compliance of Collective Bargaining Agreements; Auditing plant sites for accurate documentation; Assisting the sites with workforce planning for both current and future activity; Managing and assisting with return to work programs, workers compensation, disability, and participating in quarterly workers comp calls. 25% Travel.
BS required, MS/MBA preferred - SHRM, PHR or SPHRpreferred - 8+ years of progressively responsibleHRexperience; Manufacturing and multi-site experience; Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills with all levels from plant floor to executive management;
Able and willing to travel up to 25%; Union and non-union facilities experiencedesired, along with contract negotiations and labor-management; Strong skills in planning, coordinating and directing the work of HRsupport staff involved in various professional, technical and clerical functions at multiple sites; Strong communication and presentation skills; Experienced in regulatory compliance EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, etc.;
