Regional Enterprise Sales Manager

Our Raleigh, NC Client has a very low turnover and a 97% customer satisfaction rate with an excellent opportunity for an experienced Remote Enterprise Solutions Sales professional to work, develop, and grow business in the northeast. You must have a strong work ethic with proven experience in a consultative sales role. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience developing an enterprise level client base with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships. This is a well-developed territory with an existing customer base and channel partner support. This is an attractive base plus uncapped commission position with full benefits.
Position Location: Northeast (Maryland, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts)
•Develop client base through direct outbound sales in the Northeast territory.
•Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in your territory.
• Respond and deliver solutions to clients’ Enterprise Software requirements.
•Establish long-term customer relationships.
•Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Follow established sales standard work reporting protocols, to include call reporting, monthly activity/results reporting, traction metrics updating, and sales opportunity funnel administration.
• Four-yearDegree preferably in Business or Technology
•Position requires 50% travel.
•Experienceworking with and selling through channel partners; knowledge of consulting services is a plus.
• Proven and progressive track record of success in enterprise software sales earning a 6 figure OTE.
•5-7years of Direct Enterprise Software SaaSexperience.
•Hunter and proven self-starter. Small company or start-up experiencepreferred.
•Consistent work history.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
•Must be able to provide references from 2 previous Sales Managers at offer stage.
