We're seeking a Regional Director to join our team. As our new Regional Director you will:

  • Manage accounts for selected clients within assigned region
  • Supervise, train and develop direct reports and staff within assigned region
  • Oversee the development and implementation of annual strategic business plans designed to guide the development of each client account
  • Develop and maintain optimal client relationships within diverse corporate settings
  • Oversee financial management and forecasting within assigned regions Develop and refine operating systems, policies and procedures for health promotion and fitness programs
  • Facilitate the documentation of program outcomes at all client sites. Communicate outcomes to client and EXOS corporate
  • Serve on selected ad hoc and/or standing company programs, projects, and/or management committees and task forces
  • Contribute to the expansion of business at existing client accounts
  • Manage new program start-ups and site transitions
  • Assist with proposal preparation, client tours and sales presentations related to the acquisition of new business within assigned region(s)
  • Other duties as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Health/Fitness or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing comprehensive wellness & fitness operations
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degreepreferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching and motivating team skills
  • Excellent communication, human relations, organizational and problem solving skills
  • High-energy, results-oriented approach to account and project management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must)
