Reporting to the Executive Director, Controller and Financial Services, the Regional Director leads in the development, planning and coordination of the health authority’s overall financial operating budget and multi-year financial plans, including overseeing the financial planning teams across the Communities of Care (CoC’s) and regional programs/services.

Who you are:
Experienced leader: you bring progressive leadership experience in the area of financial planning and business operations support in a complex environment that has several business lines/cost centres or programs/services provided to a certain population. Experience with reporting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis are key.
Strategic: you’re a big picture thinker with the intellectual depth and experience to lead and influence change in a multi‐stakeholder setting.
Business & Financial Acumen: you can assess the impacts of implementing certain financial strategies into the business. Very knowledgeable on financial planning and analysis tools. Skilled with developing effective reporting tools to be able to ensure accurate and regular information to the organization.
Results Orientation: Enthusiastic, energetic; goal-oriented. Has the interest and determination to meet the challenges of sustaining the delivery of health care. Feels personally accountable for achieving outcomes. Ability to energize others to deliver results.
