Regional Director Patient Access
Provide oversight and support to the Patient Access Directors to improve patient access priority initiatives, results and outcomes. Effectively coordinate initial patient touch points in registration, patient flow and financial data capture processes throughout the hospitals.Perform operational review(s) of the Patient Access Departments to ensure compliance with applicable standards by promoting strong customer service values and satisfaction.

A minimum of 10 years proven experience in a relevant patient care environment required. Minimum of seven years direct supervisory experiencerequired. Project management experiencepreferred.
4 yeardegree in health care, behavioral/social science, or business administration preferred
Job Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of patient accounting systems, as well as strong knowledge of applicable regulations and third party payor requirements.
Requires strong working knowledge of management theory and practice to effectively lead CBO associates.
Requires a high level of analytical and organizational skills in order to direct and coordinate activities, effectively develop associates, assist in developing and monitoring budget, short and long range planning, as well as solve complex technical and human resource problems to ensure optimal development and maintenance of CBO services.\
