Your responsibilities


The Regional Director, Human Resources will act as an HR business partner to support executive and management staff in the execution of HR strategies. To drive HR business process excellence in the areas of human capital management, succession planning, leadership training, recruiting, employee relations, labor compliance, organizational change, workforce diversity, compensation and reward systems, performance management, and talent development. To work closely with Regional President to develop, implement, and roll-out HR initiatives to increase the region's overall ability to service the customer and employees, meet sales and growth targets and achieve operational excellence. To ensure support of BU Human Resources strategic initiatives at the US Field level to meet global objectives

  • Support a culture of safety
  • Provide HR leadership in the areas of recruitment, talent management, performance management, organizational development, employee training, compliance, and employee relations
  • Oversee HRIS system to ensure accurate and timely onboarding/offboarding and general employee change processes
  • Ownership for Region recruiting results and developing talent pipeline off-campus and for key operational and leadership positions
  • Partner with COE's in the delivery of HR products and services - Labor Relations, Payroll, Compensation, HRIS, Corporate Recruiting, Talent Management, and Employee Relations
  • Drive HR Data gathering, analysis and metrics for Region

Your profile

· Expert know how/ knowledge: High-level; advanced · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent area of study required. Master's degree preferred · 10 or more years of strong human resources experience · Strong Organization change and development experience · Strong business acumen and ability to drive HR best practices · Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions · Experience navigating large, multi-site, dispersed complex organizations · Experience with HRIS systems
