Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow client relationships in numerous verticals including: Technology, Financial Services and Information Services
  • Successfully meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
  • Communicate a client-specific value proposition and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Present to C-level Executives clients and expand our contacts within the organization
  • Perform in-person and on-line demos of the Lattice suite of products
  • Complete RFI/RFP responses
  • Utilize salesforce.com to track activity, opportunities, forecasts
  • Involves frequent client interaction and requires approximately 30% travel

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales
  • Consistently ranked as top performer in prior sales experience
  • Successfully worked with C-Level executives
  • Experience selling business-to-business marketing and/or sales applications
  • Familiarity with the challenges of marketing and sales leaders
  • Understanding of predictive analytics, social media software or Marketing Automation – such as Eloqua and Marketo is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to sell software solutions across multiple groups in an organization
  • Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-focused
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in an organized and articulate manner
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
  • The discipline to work in a regional office and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, high performance team
  • BA or BS required
