Provides management oversight and leadership to the THPG practices in assigned territory. Develops, trains and mentors practice managers and employees. Ensures overall smooth operations of the clinics. Serve as a liaison and advocate for providers.
Ensures that clinic operations are on budget and in compliance. Includes keeping operations and providers performing at optimal levels in terms of productivity, financial performance and appointment access. In collaboration with the executive director, assists in developing the operating and capital budgets for assigned practices.
Ensure all company policies procedures are implemented and followed in the practices. Informs the appropriate director or senior leader (human resources, quality, compliance, legal, service excellence) of any issues of non-compliance and obtain guidance in taking corrective action, when necessary.
Partners with MSO to ensure daily tasks at the clinic are completed. Monitor manage clinic metrics for example EOD, VOB, TES, PCR, Denials, etc.
Creates actions plans for the established KPI's for THPG. Ensure that action plans are delivered upon for the assigned practices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Business or healthcare related field.
6 years previous physician practice management experience is required
**** Cardiology Clinic management experience is preferred ****
