THE ROLE OF REGIONAL CLIENT DIRECTOR AT THE GAP PARTNERSHIP

This role reports to the Regional Head and is responsible for managing a small number of Global CPG Clients within the Region. 

Through working closely with the practices within the Region, this role works with the Business Unit Leaders and Regional Head to identify which clients should be a focus in the short, medium and long term and then personally manages these. It also works closely with the Global Client Directors in the Global Client Team to support at a local level with managing our global strategic clients.

ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE REGIONAL CLIENT DIRECTOR

Sales Leader who establishes and builds C-Level Commercial relationships with assigned Global CPG Clients at the Regional Level. Works very closely with their Global Client Director counterpart who manages these clients at the Global level.

Works with the Global Client Team and Regional Business Unit Leaders to create client plans for identified clients they will own and continues to update these key stakeholders with client relevant news and our progress within them, so that together, we meet the defined short and long term targets for these clients.

Role models best practice for client engagement and coaches’ peers and client teams within the Region to ensure we continue to build our sales capability at every level within our organisation.
