Are you passionate about developing new business, increasing top line profitability and market share in the highway maintenance industry and helping clients achieve beautiful roadways.  

?  Create, formalize and execute strategic and tactical sales plans, goals and KPI?s to increase sales and position the company as a valued business partner in your region.

?  Develop new business with highway maintenance, develop new relationships with key decision makers, new markets beginning with prospecting through to negotiation, pricing and finalized contracts achieving increased overall sales on a regional level meeting aggressive goals. 

?  Grow this company by determining target accounts, target markets, target geographies and by determining the growth, location and direction. 

?  Maximize relationships with existing customers and markets to increase sales and strengthen relationships.

?  Research, understand and stay ahead of the market, customers, industry and competitors with early identification and recommended sales strategies incorporating unmet customer needs, trends, opportunities and business acumen.

?  Create a powerful, highly collaborative business development culture and share your passion for developing business, sales, trends, opportunities, pricing, messaging, customer needs and how to effectively meet those needs with the company?s services by managing, coaching, training and collaborating with top management, other regions and other functional departments to include seamless transition of accounts to operations.

?  Manage, coach, train and mentor your support team to maximize their contribution, achieve high performance and continuously achieve excellence.

?  Manage all financial aspects including forecasting, budgets, and expenses.

?  Effective use of cutting edge technology and internal reporting.

Experience Required:

* Experience working with the DOT and a four-year degree preferred.

* Ability to frequently travel and a desire to be in front of customers.
