 Oberto Brands, known for our high quality, delicious meat snacks are currently hiring ­ a Regional Business Manager supporting our Convenience business in the West Region.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Identify sales strategies and develop existing business 
  • Develop and execute against a strategy to target emerging channels and drive new business for the company
  • Responsible for building and executing the business plan in the assigned region
  • Responsible for selling into strategic large accounts, using a consultative, and solution based approach
  • Responsible for working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and general management 
  • Responsible for understanding national market dynamics to recommend regional products and sales strategy
  • Provide a detailed analysis concerning expenditures vs. sales forecasts
  • Provide input to budget and monitor expenses accordingly
  • Introduce new products to distribution partners
  • Conducts detailed analysis of business trends for each brand to include: sales trends, pricing, competitive activity
  • Formulates specific action plans to address problems and maximize opportunities
  • Provide detailed information to management about each individual product line
  • Measure success and failures and make necessary improvements
  • Qualify, negotiate and implement contracts
  • Must be willing and able to travel 60%
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to develop effective insight strategies and promotional ideas across accounts
  • Develop and maintain an extensive customer database
  • Attend Industry Trade and Distributor shows as necessary
  • Assist in collecting unauthorized deductions
  • Maintain monthly activity reports, updates, etc. for management review
  • Working in a home office environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 10+ years of proven sales results and sales management experience in consumer packaged goods companies
  • Experience in Retail, Drug, Convenience, Club/Mass Channels and developing emerging businesses preferred
  • Broker management experience required
  • Minimum 5 years direct trade or industry experience. Account management required
  • Established trade relationships with verifiable business references
  • Proven track record of grown and success
