Associates' degree in a technical field and 7 years' of experience in drives
Bachelors' degree in engineering and 5 years' of experience in drives

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
5+ years' experience in drives applications engineering
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, and legal documents
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers, vendors, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of geometry, algebra and trigonometry
Ability and willingness to travel greater than 50% primarily within the local territory
