Job Title: Regional Acquisition Manager
Reports To: Director, Strategic Real Estate Acquisitions
Responsible for identifying exclusive wireless property opportunities for indoor and outdoor DAS & Small Cells, New Tower Builds, Rooftop Management and other Revenue Acquisitions. Focus will be on qualifying leads that meet management?s criteria, contacting landlords and successfully negotiating exclusive agreements approved by management. The individual will be required to maintain the relationship with the property owner post execution of an agreement, provide quarterly updates and ensure the successful completion of all project deliverables and contract compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Develop go-to market plans for acquisition of wireless infrastructure rights at high potential locations.
?Schedule and attend both internal and external meetings to discuss potential acquisition opportunities.
? Contact real-estate owners, market wireless services and secure wireless infrastructure rights.
? Conduct sales calls and prepare presentations to communicate company capabilities and expertise.
? Emphasis placed on site seeking/deal making for carrier anchored facilities.
? Develop and maintain relationships with real-estate owners.
? Perform necessary due diligence to appropriately qualify real-estate opportunities.
? Organize and prepare proposal packages for consideration of proposed deals to be reviewed by Leadership.
? Forecast and track sales opportunities and results.
? Ensure the successful completion of project deliverables and contract compliance.
? Meet or exceed quantitative goals related to securing property rights.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Must be able to travel as needed on short notice.
? Must be able to entertain clients as deemed appropriate.
?Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Commercial Real Estate Acquisition experience with very large properties/locations (i.e. full-service hotels, hospitals, campuses, etc.)
? HS Diploma/GED required.
? BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study preferred;
? 5+ years?experience in real estate investment/acquisition or related field; At least one year of experience working with large venues or commercial real estate owners in a selling, leasing or advisory capacity;
? Industry experience in real estate, project management and site development services within designated geographical location;
? 5+ years? successful deal making detailed in a supplemental deal summary sheet;
? Must demonstrate advanced knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Earth, Internet navigation and e-mail usage required.
? Ability to read and comprehend documents such as ground leases. Ability to communicate to management the goals, strategy and results of sales results.
Mathematical & Data Skills:
? Data mining capability.
? Basic math.
? Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
? Real Estate license preferred.
