Regional Account Sales Executive


First year income commensurate with experience will yield a total first yearcompensation of $160, - $190,. Second yearcompensation of $210,-$250, is based on meeting and exceeding sales quotas and driving usage of Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products, LLC (PCDP)’s products within new and existing accounts.

PCDP, established 37years ago, is an international sales and marketing company specializing in diagnostic testing kits and equipment. Our market focuses on all Integrated Delivery Hospital Networks, along with Clinical Reference Labs and Physician Clinics. We have experienced significant growth in the last few years due to our ability to acquire unique technologies and successfully market them. Over the last 10 years, PCDP has pioneered a screening program for Colorectal Cancer (CRC) which is now becoming the standard of care. This presents a unique sales opportunity throughout the country.PCDP is currently changing the outcome of CRC with both its manual OC-Light® S FIT and its automated OC-Auto® FIT screening test. As part of our new, innovative CRC screening program, PCDP introduced the first FDA approved DNA blood test for CRC called Epi proColon® (this is also referred to as liquid biopsy). These new screening modalities offer a very large growth opportunity as FIT and Epi proColon are becoming part of the standard of care in CRC Screening.


Regional Account Sales Executive must possess a 4-year college degree. 

Minimum Requirements:

Top performer with a minimum 3-6years of experience in the medical sales and/or tangible business products. 

This sales position works closely with key medical personnel (Chief Medical Officer, Chief of Primary Care, Chief of Gastroenterology, Pathologists and Lab Directors, Medical Directors of Clinics, and others) for launching and supporting CRC annual screening programs.

A proven track record of top performance must be documented. We require a positive attitude and a sense of urgency, along with a strong work ethic to achieve the desired results. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written skills, time management skills, team building skills, be self-motivated, responsible and achievement oriented. 

A valid driver's license and the ability to provide proof of insurance are required.

Job Description: 

Regional Account Sales Executives build relationships with Key Medical Decision Makers (Chief Medical Officer; Chief of Primary Care; Director of Medical Clinics) within healthcare institutions and bring value to these institutions by introducing them to the leading diagnostic testing kits and equipment in the industry. 

The primary responsibility of this sales position will be to sell PCDP’s unique CRC screening program and to help launch a new line of cardiac markers by the start of your second year.

Responsibilities would also include the development and growth of relationships with decision makers, key physicians, and thought leaders within the territory. Employees in this role are responsible for assisting in the successful implementation of new products within large and medium size healthcare institutions through various means. These avenues include, but are not limited to, educating, in-servicing, and interfacing with physicians, nurses, clinic administrators, laboratory personnel, etc. who are affiliated with large hospitals, medical groups and healthcare systems that are currently utilizing PCDP’s assays. An average of 7-8 nights of travel per month is required. PCDP offers a unique compensation program which both pays for new annual business generated and residual business in years 2 and 3 which has our top performers actually exceeding the incomes listed above. Initial training:

Initial training will take place in both our New York and Chicago offices over the first 6 – 8months of employment.
