Job Description

Provide support and energy in cross-functional coordination to enhance delivery of a consistent customer experience for Regional Account Segment.
•Proactively communicate important business issues and opportunities to appropriate departments and management.
•Put priorities and efforts on driving team success and accomplishment over individual goals.
•Develop strong business relationships with customers and provide a solid understanding of their needs.
•Responsible for the development and management of property management segment.
•Work with all appropriate departments (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Customer Service, etc.) to exceed sales goals.
•Formulate key account plans to enable the execution of sales and marketing strategies.
•Develop and manage channel specific tracking and reporting and communicate ongoing results to management.
•Take accountability and ownership for the CRM processes with customer.
•Identify training opportunities and communicate to management
•Identify new product opportunities
•Provide territory and market information to better develop sales and marketing efforts.
•Conduct information-only presentations, such as seminars, trade show demonstrations, and other efforts.
•Provide service and product knowledge to the specified channel, through the use of gathering information on the customer’s business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing.
•Utilize a strategic and consultative sales approach to deliver value-added business solutions for one or more the following channels:
- Property Management Residential
- Property Management Commercial
- Hospitality
- Healthcare
- Retailers

•Write multiple specifications weekly, call on local and regional accounts mgmt.
•Seek to achieve approved and/or exclusive vendor status in customers’ master specifications.
•Create opportunities in the CMR system (SMART) and work with local sales team for support- hand off project to local Pro rep(s) once bids are accepted.
•Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas, maintaining existing and building new revenue within assigned channel.
•Utilizing the Territory Growth Planning TGP, and other tools to develop strategic Marketing Plan for key customers, target customers and identify high potential customers establishing goals and targets for each.
•Build brand awareness and penetration in the contractor channel. Build long standing relationships with targeted contractor segment. on local


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field equivalent experience
•5+ years
•Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems
•Exceptional negotiation skills and strong ability to build trust and collaborative relationships
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
•Possession of a valid driver's license, evidence of insurance and verification of an acceptable driving record
•Position will require overnight travel
