This job is responsible for the overall relationship for all partner physicians and hospitals within an assigned region. Utilizes appropriate account management skills, strategies and tactics to provide a high level of satisfaction for the partner and targets, promotes and helps drive solutions to organizations within an assigned region. Manages his/her territory in order to maintain existing relationships and develop new relationships with other organizations to achieve company, department and individual sales objectives; provides quality consultative services, coordinates and integrates internal personnel and outside alliances, and utilizes available resources in order to meet customer needs; and oversees delivery ofsolutions and ensures ongoing customer satisfaction.
Required - Bachelor’s degree
Preferred - Master’s degree
Required - 5 years successful experience in sales, account management or other health care operations experience
Required - Sales or other Account Management Training
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Develop strategic value plans for assigned territory by assessing customer needs effectively, recommend solutions that meet those needs, and educate customers about solutions
• Drive customer satisfaction by effective delivery of contracted solutions and creation of new value streams
• Deliver operational and sales results that meet and or exceed sales goals established by management
• Management of territory to include documentation of every work stream, stakeholders, partnership or sales objectives, escalation plans, influencing variables or people, effective pre-call and post call records via the company’s database reporting process
