-Work with the regional team to develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet region and Area/Market objectives.
Implement marketing plans in partnership with region and division leadership.
Responsible for serving local digital media and marketing communications. Region voice for Scoop, Food Fanatics, My Kitchen, Kitchen Tune-Up, National Flyer, and other strategic initiatives.
Manage the coordination of National Flyer program. Coordinates, with direction from Sr Manager, Region Marketing, region marketing activities that may include promotions, culinary events, meetings, and other marketing activities and events as assigned. Provide support to Region and Area leadership to maximize impact of center and region-driven Marketing programs and best practices for delivering local programs.
Support other company-sponsored promotions as needed. Support Sr Manager, Region Marketing on region activities such as regional trade show participation and advertising. Acts as an integrator between National and Area teams to deliver events that are on-brand and make efficient use of National properties and capabilities.
Analyze results of advertisements and marketing plans. Follow company brand standards when creating, customizing and developing any marketing materials. Supports the implementation and use of standardized templates and tools across each Market. Acts as an integrator between National and Area teams to deliver materials that are on-brand.
Responsible for ensuring our brand is executed by all Region personnel and vendor/broker partners. Maintain and update Region marketing calendar for all Markets within Region. Maintain Region organizational and distribution list.
Use and encourage use of approved social media channels by all region personnel Collaborate and support Area Marketing Specialist to provide assistance where applicable. In absence of Area Marketing Specialist, i.e. vacancy, vacation, personal leave, etc:

-Education/Training: Four-year college degree in marketing / marketing-related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years experience in marketing
Ability to operate under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills. Sound understanding of marketing principles.
Ability to build and maintain excellent working partnerships and interface with a variety of internal and external resources to attain organizational goals. Ability to make sound, independent decisions. Proficient communication skills.
Able to work with various content management and online marketing systems.
Self-directed and highly motivated. Proficiency required in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft Outlook; high proficiency in Indesign, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Social Media applications, as well as advanced internet aptitude strongly desired.
