ABOUT THE JOBJoin a dynamic and rapidly growing spirits company with a global presence. Our portfolio boasts an extensive range of premium spirits, including renowned brands that resonate with consumers worldwide. As a Region Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy for all channels of distribution in the states of Arizona and Nevada, expanding market share, fostering strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, developing annual plans and strategies by channel and developing your team.
THE DAY TO DAY- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies by brand to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across all channels and regions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential challenges.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Develop new strategies and tactics to address headwinds in the industry or within the brand. Knowledge of knowing when a strategy needs to change.
- Drive innovation and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's presence and diversify revenue streams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of sales training programs to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and financial targets, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to anticipate market shifts and proactively adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and forge strategic partnerships
- Represent the company's values of Integrity, Ownership and Unity in all interactions both internally and externally
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive results and foster professional growth.
AM I THE RIGHT FIT?Not everyone can be Region Manager. To be seriously considered for the role here is what you'll bring:
Education/Licenses/Certifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: - Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within the spirits industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Skills/Traits: - Winning attitude, glass half full perspective
- Strong understanding of chains, independent, club and other CA channels, distribution channels, and sales best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive business results. Ability to use data to support ideas and concepts.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
- Ability to travel domestically as needed

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $112,300 - $132,300 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
