Manage chemical applications & technical support needs of assigned customer accounts and ensure revenue growth of company products and services.
*** Lead business reviews, technical presentations, and attend customer meetings.
*** Identify and close new sales.
*** Manage account budget & Profit & Loss statements.
*** Oversee day to day operations of existing refinery chemical processes and activities of local technicians.
*** Assist internal technical Subject Matter Experts with refinery equipment inspections during turn arounds and shut downs.
*** Maintain chemical inventories and coordinate chemical deliveries at client locations.
*** Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to key clients.
*** Perform basic field & lab services and communicate performance metrics vs Key Performance Indicators.
*** Interpret technical data and send service reports with recommendations on a daily & weekly basis.
*** Assist with recruiting and training of junior account management staff.
*** Obtain a TransportationWorker Identification Credential card.
*** Provide technical expertise related to Processbook, PI, Aspen, and similar refinery programs.
*** Serve as subject matter expert related to Water and Refinery Processes, Waste Water Treatment programs, and similar.
