FPC of New York is a national executive search and consulting firm that specializes in placing professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, medical device and other select manufacturing companies. We are a subsidiary of FPC National which was founded in 1959 and has 65 offices around the country. We are looking to add a Recruitment Account Executive to our team.
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our organization to focus on developing business opportunities within our Procurement & Supply Chain vertical. Our proprietary service, FPC Select, provides our clients with a unique opportunity to access mid-to-senior level executive A+ talent without paying the exorbitant prices that traditional retained firms charge.

FPC of New York is a full cycle recruitment agency, but you will be responsible for business development of new clients and account management of an existing base of business. You will work alongside of the President of the company to identify, solicit and close business. We will provide you with access to a research assistant who will be focused on providing you with only the highest quality talent available.

· Bachelor's degreerequired
· 5+ years of experience in a Recruitment, Consultative Sales, Account Management or Business Development role
· Proven track record of successful business development through hard work, imagination, ambition innovation, tenacity and confidence
· You MUST bring enormous enthusiasm, energy and commitment
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a high-pressure / fast-paced environment
· Self-motivation and strong desire to be a part of a winning team
