Manage all efforts in the end to end recruiting life cycle for full time positions in your designated business area. You will work closely with and coach business leaders to determine staffing strategies in order to identify, attract, screen, and recruit top candidates for a Fortune 100 company.

Build a sustainable end to end staffing center of excellence to enable organizational growth
Develop right and fast staffing processes to help Honeywell attract and hire the best talent
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere staffing organization

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience
