Job Summary:

System Soft Technologies is seeking a driven talent staffing recruiting manager responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing a team of IT recruiters to fill technical staffing requirements of its rapidly growing IT consulting business. This highly-visible position plays a crucial role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.


Required Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement recruiting strategies for your organization
  • Drive your organization to build and maintain an active consultant pipeline for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions
  • Research, analyze, prepare and present recruiting plans and hiring statistics. Prepare reports, document recruiting team activities, outcomes, challenges, and relevant statistics
  • Work closely with executive, sales, marketing, and business development teams to understand and prioritize their requirements
  • Provide periodic team training on recruiting topics (effective use of job boards, obtaining leads and referrals, etc)
  • Provide candidate quality screening as needed to gauge your team's effectiveness and improve submit-to-hire ratio
  • Assist with daily issue resolution and ensure appropriate job order coverage
  • Prioritize recruiting projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing environment
  • Establish individual and team performance goals and track productivity
  • Regularly monitor recruiter activity metrics against expectations
  • Review recruiters' daily systems usage and compliance against expectations
  • Compose effective online job postings to attract both active and passive candidates
  • Participate in the client calls to better understand their requirements

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years' experience.
  • 7 years of successful and consistent performance as a recruiting manager within an IT consulting service organization
