What will you be doing?
Part of a global team and in partnership with the Staffing Director for R&D and Product and the VP Engineering, the Recruiting Manager will develop and execute the recruitment strategy to achieve company goals in staffing.
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Tech Recruiters. Empower them to attract, engage, hire and nurture highly skilled talent.
Overseeing the entire process to ensure positive candidate experience and strong relationships
Understanding the best ways to find qualified candidates, how to find passive candidates, and networking opportunities
Keeping up to date on market activities by reading industry press, attending job fairs, professional conferences. Always bringing knowledge back to the team and translating learning's into competitive advantage for Criteo - we're a knowledge sharing environment and the team run workshops to share tips, tricks and best practices.
Facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects, create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire for R&D roles in Palo Alto and Ann Arbor
Managing a diverse set of roles and liaise with stakeholders in US and France
A love of metrics and providing regular reports.
What do we require from you?
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum of 8 years recruiting experience with a growing organization, hiring technical talent
Experience in leading and/or mentoring a team of tech recruiters
Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams on hiring initiatives, ideally with technical roles
Local market insight in the Valley
