We are a well-funded HR professional services company actively hiring a Recruiting Director to attract, recruit and engage a talent network of career services professionals. This is a career defining opportunity to think strategically to enhance the role, scale revenue and move up in our company
Core responsibilities include:
· Attract, recruit and manage a network of career service professionals
· Research the most cost effective talent attraction strategies and recruiting channels to consistently find high quality talent
· Spearhead our new hire selection and on-boarding process
· Workforce planning; Work cross functionally with department managers to understand hiring volume forecast versus current network capacity to plan for hiring needs.
· Evaluate the performance of career service professional network
· Create and execute the road map for the department with timelines and milestones to achieve goals and objectives
· Resolve daily problems and to maintain an ongoing evaluation system to ensure high-quality within our network
· Ensure ongoing compliance for every facet of our interactions with our network
· Think strategically to evolve this role and your career
