What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Serve as a system administrator and functional expert for the recruiting modules of SuccessFactors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including management of support tickets and service requests
  • Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet company requirements
  • Provide related support for integrations of recruiting suite with other SuccessFactors modules
  • Test quarterly releases; this includes attending SAP webinars, conducting and coordinating testing, and updating process documentations
  • Participate on special projects as required

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience (equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college)
  • 4 years of experience functioning as a system analyst within a human capital management (HCM) system
  • General knowledge of various human resources related rules and regulations (e.g., OFCCP, EEO requirements etc.)
  • Experience configuring SuccessFactors Recruiting suite
  • Experience with role-based permissions

  • Identify and resolve problems
  • Highly organized with proven ability to multitask
  • Identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops, recommends, and implements solutions
  • Ability to present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
