  • Recruit, evaluate, and hire highly qualified talent for open and potential business & technical positions
  • Proactively and creatively source, identify, and maintain pipeline of active and passive candidates through various sources including, but not limited to networking events, career fairs, social media, referrals, job fairs, internet sourcing using resume databases, Boolean searches, etc.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships with candidates, hiring managers and executives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand required KSA's for open positions and communicates on a regular basis regarding status of all open positions
  • Manage and update Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure new employees have seamless transition into the organization working with hiring managers and HR Business Managers at Porsche Cars North America
  • Demonstrate knowledge and continually maintain an understanding of Industry trends
  • Seek to ensure proper retention of electronic documents, business confidential information, and actively demonstrates an understanding of the need to safeguard competitive information in both electronic and non-electronic formats
  • Serve as on-site support for general HR needs and inquiries regarding processes, policies, etc.
  • Design and plan employee engagement activities to promote a good working environment and culture within the Porsche Digital


  • 5+ years recruiting experience, ideally supporting innovation units in the Silicon Valley
  • 2+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Proven track record of identifying and hiring qualified candidates within required timelines
  • Ability to operate in a very fast-paced matrix organization structure and respond quickly to changing hiring needs
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Fully capable with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional attitude, and strong organization skills
  • Enthusiastic, great at building relationships with managers and candidates, and acts with a sense of urgency
  • Must possess comprehensive knowledge of State and Federal employment laws


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SHRM or PHR certification desired


  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with client groups
  • Strategic thinker who brings resolution to any challenges and problems throughout the recruiting process
  • Analytical and metrics oriented
  • High focus on client and candidate experience, superior negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships via phone and in-person
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build robust pipelines
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
