The Physician Recruiter collaborates with Physicians, Directors, Managers and supervisors to assess, plan, evaluate and implement recruitment program for Physicians and Associate Providers. Provides team building and positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers. Implements and communicates recruitment strategies to reduce vacancy rates and time to fill and manage the hiring process and hiring systems while ensuring compliance with all HR policies.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years in recruitment, Human Resources, healthcare and/or business management experience or the equivalent in education and experience required.
- Proficiency with various computer and Web based software required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills desired.
