We are an executive search firm who has been hired to identify a Recruiter/ Head of Talent Acquisition.
Recruiter Job Description:
Exceptional opportunity to be on the fast track in this Investment Corp that focus is in the Fin/Tec Space
They are passionate about their people and helping their clients succeed and they do so through a resourceful approach to solving problems, providing solutions and helping their clients achieve their goals
Drive the recruiting and staffing processes to achieve their talent acquisition objectives and hire superior talent
Define, develop and implement, the best approaches to drive talent acquisition strategy through marketing and sourcing, utilizing optimal sourcing networks for external candidates.
Support building and developing employer branding to further their talent acquisition strategy
Assist with Training to ensure that internal customers and hiring managers have the necessary skills and knowledge to attract, select and hire top talent for the open roles in their offices
Work closely with the Vice President of Operations/ Chief of Staff to understand the current and future talent needs to adapt processes to better support the organization and the needs of the local managers
Participate in the development of core talent acquisition metrics and standard reports for consistent measurement across the firm.
Support Practices in finding alternative sourcing methods for difficult to fill positions
Participate in separation process (including, but not limited to, counseling-out discussions, exit interviews and ensure completion of appropriate separation paperwork)
Support the performance enhancement process by being a resource for employees and partners
Demonstrate strong communication, influence and consensus building skills
Establish credibility with partners and staff
Ability to "think on your feet" to problem solve issues
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Able to assess high quality talent
Proactive, anticipating opportunities and concerns
Strong process improvement skills
Strong follow-through on commitments
Passionate about customer experience; always seeking improvements in simplicity, intuitiveness, and effectiveness
Comfort working with all levels
A plus with experience in the Financial Service Space handling all levels of Recruiting
