Team would like to see diversity of req load supported for Recruiter II and experience in number of years.
Team is looking for more non-tech focused roles * Team has about 15 open nontech reqs and are hiring roughly 50 FC associates, but could see some hike in tech roles too by the end of year so flexibility to source for a diversity of roles and a willingness to support nontech- including warehouse hiring, as needed (if they have a tech back ground) is best.
Somebody who can roll up their sleeves and be ready to support a variety of roles and does not have a lot of issues or set preferences. (Bias for Action)
* 5+ years of human resource, recruiting coordinator or recruiting experience required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
* Associates or Bachelor?s degree
* Analytics and/or reporting experience is preferred
* Ability to work with various levels of internal and external customers
* Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
* Sourcing or Recruitment background is a plus
