Be the office partner to a highly successful Regional Sales Manager. Be the primary interface to brokers and borrowers to ensure critical loan data is received in a time efficient manner. Oversee the team who has responsibility for loan process after application up to hand-off to Underwriting. You will size, quote, process, analyze, and semi underwrite loans. You will work with Sales and Underwriting teams to ensure all required borrower information, waivers/exceptions, documents, third party reports, etc. are requested, received and reviewed for accuracy, completeness and compliance with policies within agreed upon timelines.

- Strong GSE Small loan Underwriting/Credit and/or Production experience.
- Ability to develop processes and tools to streamline and improve the efficiency of the business.
- Willingness to train/mentor newer staff and brokers to the programs.
- Knowledge of CRE mortgage technology tools and data base mining capabilities a plus, but not required.
- Minimum 3-5 years CRE Underwriting or related experience
- GSE small loan exposure a plus
