The primary duties of the Real Estate Services Agent 2 include coordination of right of way and utility issues for clients - generally related to construction projects. Must be proficient with the federal, state and industry laws and regulations such as FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, FERC and Uniform Relocation Act regulations. In conjunction with others, performs activities to support Real Property Projects such as: property assessments, risk analysis, acquisition of needed rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination and utility relocation/coordination. Ability to work independently and document and communicate effectively are important in this role. Work performance impacts schedule and budget so ability to communicate effectively, availability for travel, ability to handle large volumes of work and coordinate closely with management are important.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencepreferred.Real estate license in good standing or the ability to obtain within three months of hire.7+ years of experience with right of way, title, utility, relocation, or property management.Must be familiar with Uniform Relocation Act and the Eminent Domain Process.Have knowledge and understanding of documents related to title, appraisal, environmental, and survey.Proficient with standard technology tools such as: MS Office, Excel and Project. Database and GIS familiarity a plus.Position requires some client contact skills, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work with residential and commercial property owners
