POSITION: Real Estate - Project Manager, Americas
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

Real Estate - Project Manager, Americas:
o As the Americas Project Manager for our Real Estate team based in Midtown Atlanta, you'll manage multiple projects to ensure they're delivered on-time and within budget. You'll help our teams drive transactions for new offices, ensure office renovations are successfully completed, develop cross-functional processes for space planning efforts, and manage our ongoing project tracking.
o To be successful in the role, you'll need to have great project management skills, the ability to manage a high volume of projects, and excellent communication

Key Elements of the Job
o Autonomously lead and manage hands-on global projects to completion by providing end-to-end project management for a variety real estate projects, including transactions, construction, occupancy planning, lease administration, capital planning, and so on
o Forge strong business relationships; create 'buy-in' and persuade and motivate others by directing and providing oversight to cross-functional teams in Corporate Real Estate, HR, Corporate Security, IT and others; ensuring the development, evaluation and/or review of project plans and criteria; including the feasibility assessment of proposed plans or projects and ensuring organizational readiness
o Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines while monitoring overall project milestones and the execution of the project against established timelines, communicating dependencies across programs, and providing accurate & timely program/project status to Integration Leads and related stakeholders
o Proactively anticipate risk and develop mitigation strategies and plans. Ensure risks, assumptions and constraints are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary by gathering input/feedback, identifying and assessing program issues/risks, and submitting recommendations to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project and meet productivity, quality, and program goals and objectives
o Be accountable; able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines by establishing and continually managing project expectations with team members and stakeholders; including proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying/escalating issues (as needed), and devising contingency plans to ensure delivery on and/or execution of business case objectives
o Develop metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end project processes and controls
o Implement process and/or procedures to fulfill project objectives, criteria, and deliverables.
o Support strategic thinking throughout all projects
o Support change management and communication efforts, which may include development of communication materials
o Flexibility to travel to other offices as needed (10%)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
o Exceptional project management skills, the ability to track and manage complex projects, and a desire to lead multiple teams and multiple projects
o Demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with strong relationship building skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high project load
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
o Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with diverse teams
o Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
o 6+ years of general business experience in project management roles
o 3+ years of successful project management experience leading real estate projects
o Bachelor's degree
o Six Sigma, Green Belt or higher
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Access (Pivot tables; V-look ups; creation of formulas), Word, and Outlook
