Job Description
Real Estate Investment Business Development & Marketing associate, is responsible for co-developing, implementing and successfully managing the marketing and sales strategies, as well as client management. They will work closely with senior team members for achieving yearly diversification goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies that ensures yearly sales goals and objectives are achieved
Collaborate with Senior team members to develop strategies for territory expansion
• CRM system management, sales process, account development process, prospecting, lead generation
• Advance product/service diversification with current customers, while growing the sales revenue with new customers
• Engaging with team members to assess their needs and requirements for advancement
• Facilitate Company/Client meetings
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication, training, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in team environment and as well as independently
• High technical aptitude to include problem solving capabilities and ability to communicate with clients
• Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with CRM management a plus
Earnings: $100,00 - $200,000 Yearly
