The New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a highly qualified real estate attorney with 4-7 years of general real estate experience with a focus on drafting and negotiation of documentation in connection with the disposition, acquisition and financing of commercial property, including joint ventures. Candidates should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters. We require excellent academic credentials from a top law school, as well as high level analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
