Radar Power Supply Engineer at Epirus in Los Angeles, CA

Job objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. The ideal candidate for the position is someone who has experience designing and implementing radar power supply designs. In this role, you will work closely with a talented engineering team to understand and model product line capability and capacity. You will also develop designs for, and lead the set up of, factory production systems. You will have the opportunity to utilize lean thinking, simulation modeling, and decision-making that will optimize factory performance.

Duties

• Develop new military specified low power electronics
• Full-cycle development from concept to architecture to design
• Support team to migrate development to new spec production hardware

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hand-on experience and working with radar, low noise, power system
• Previous experience working on large military programs
• Experience with radar integration
• Ability to work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team environment
• US Citizen (future security clearance may be required)

Desired Qualifications

• Aerospace/Defense experience and military experience
• State of the art, low noise, power system for radar experience
• Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
